Who is Chinedu?
Chinedu Okafor is a Lagos-based Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, thirty-four years old, working at the intersection of corporate law, commercial strategy and Nigeria's growing technology economy. He is not the courtroom lawyer of popular imagination — his practice lives in boardrooms, term sheets, shareholder agreements and the quiet, careful language of contracts that decide how businesses actually run.
He works with founders building their first company, executives navigating a governance dispute, and investors structuring their next round. Across all of it, his interest is the same: helping people see a decision clearly before they make it, rather than untangling it after the fact.
